At Manbhari Sarees, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Return or Exchange Unless Defective

Sarees once purchased cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a genuine defect in the product.

To be eligible for a return or exchange due to a defect, you must record a 360-degree parcel opening video from the moment you open the package—without any cuts or pauses.

The video should be sent to us either by email or WhatsApp immediately upon receiving the parcel.

2. Color Disclaimer

The saree shades may appear slightly different in photos due to lighting and camera settings.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted based on color differences from what is seen in the original product photos.

3. Handloom Saree Characteristics

Slight thread pulls, uneven weaving, or minor irregularities are common in handloom sarees and are considered part of their unique charm.

These will not be treated as defects, and sarees will not be returned or exchanged on these grounds.

4. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds.

If a return is approved due to a defect, you can choose another saree of the same value or higher. You can also purchase more than one saree using the credited amount, depending on the total price.

5. Pick-Up for Defective Products

If your return is approved with a proper video and the product is found to be defective, we will arrange a reverse pick-up from your address.

You will not need to visit any courier service for returns.
