Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 10-15 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped, along with tracking details.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer Free Shipping in Maharashtra & ₹200 other than state of Maharashtra within India.

Estimated Delivery Time

We aim to deliver your orders as quickly as possible:

Metros & Major Cities: 10-15 business days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 15–17 business days
Remote Locations: 17-21 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors such as weather, festivals, or logistics partner delays.

International Shipping

Currently, we offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and courier partner details.
You can track your shipment using the link provided or directly through our website’s Order Tracking page.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Undelivered or Returned Orders

If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us.
In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

Delays & Force Majeure

We strive to meet the stated delivery timelines; however, we are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, or pandemic-related disruptions.
